Les vecteurs de transmission de l\u2019information sont particuli\u00e8rement efficaces et rapides via les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, quels qu\u2019ils soient. Or, cette diffusion \u00e0 la fois instantan\u00e9e et massive ne peut \u00eatre n\u00e9glig\u00e9e. De ce point de vue-l\u00e0, c\u2019est un outil incontournable. Deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9l\u00e9ment, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux permettent de faire le lien entre un profil de poste et l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 de l\u2019institution ou de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement recruteur. Et ce, dans la mesure o\u00f9 la plupart des \u00e9tablissements ont eux-m\u00eames leur profil sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux que l\u2019on peut consulter pour voir ce qu\u2019il en est.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019attractivit\u00e9 va \u00eatre li\u00e9e \u00e0 une <strong>sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9, \u00e0 une discipline mais aussi \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement<\/strong> dans lequel on va exercer. \u00c0 ce titre, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux permettent d\u2019aller plus loin dans l\u2019information instantan\u00e9e car il est possible de d\u00e9couvrir tout de suite la vie de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, son actualit\u00e9 et ses projets. On constate d\u2019ailleurs que les candidats qui passent par les r\u00e9seaux sociaux sont beaucoup plus au fait de l\u2019actualit\u00e9 des \u00e9tablissements et des services dans lesquels ils postulent.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, tout cela n\u2019ob\u00e8re pas le fait qu\u2019il faille aussi <strong>diffuser des annonces de recrutement sur des sites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s<\/strong> (sites de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s savantes, revues \u00e9lectroniques ou papier, de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 ou g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes\u2026). Cela permet en effet de mailler de mani\u00e8re plus importante la diffusion de l\u2019annonce du poste \u00e0 pourvoir. Au regard des difficult\u00e9s de recrutement que connaissent les \u00e9tablissements, il ne faut pas l\u00e9siner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Publier une annonce sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/strong> implique une r\u00e9daction particuli\u00e8re\u00a0: il faut aller directement au but. Le message doit \u00eatre court, direct et lisible. Il faut bannir le copier-coller de l\u2019annonce classique, ne serait-ce que pour se d\u00e9marquer. Le contenu doit \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 au moment et \u00e0 la raison de diffusion de l\u2019annonce afin de rendre lisible la strat\u00e9gie de recrutement et l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de rechercher des candidature innovantes. Les aspects que l\u2019on valorise d\u00e9pendent du poste. Pour ceux qui sont hyper sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, comme la neurop\u00e9diatrie, on axera sur la sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 et en quoi cette derni\u00e8re rev\u00eat un int\u00e9r\u00eat dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement concern\u00e9, par exemple si un centre de recherche lui est adoss\u00e9.
